YOUR ROLE

  • Identifying opportunities for automation within accounts payable area, achieving buy-in from internal and external parties.
  • Support and coordination of automation projects with regular status reporting to process owners/stakeholders.
  • Providing timely, concise status communications, both written and oral (written reports and participation in regularly scheduled meetings).
  • Monitor and control project execution in line with project plan.
  • Proactively identify and solve potential project risks.
  • Technically support implementation of automated processes for our suppliers.
  • Define areas for testing and coordinate testing with suppliers.
  • Creating ad hoc reports based on stakeholders request.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
  • Experience with process improvements, especially within invoice or purchasing process automation is an advantage
  • Excel and PowerPoint knowledge intermediate or above
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Team player
  • Result oriented

Minimum salary: 1.060 EUR gross. Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.
