YOUR ROLE

• Become a team member in our consumer goods adhesives business and contribute to global marketing and strategy projects, owning your results and regularly exchanging with regional and global teams
• Contribute to global initiative around creativity in the organization towards a stronger innovation pipeline
• Collaborate with colleagues from all regions and functional areas in scoping out organic and inorganic innovative growth opportunities that answer our customers’ long-term challenges
• Develop top management presentations, support strategy meetings and prepare documents that lead to the right decisions
• Support strategic initiatives that contribute towards transformation of our consumer goods adhesives solutions portfolio towards sustainability
• Become the mentee of our global marketing and strategy head and receive continuous feedback from our team members to further develop your skills

YOUR SKILLS

• Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business-related studies 
• Practical and/or international experience in leading strategy consultancies or in the strategy department of a large corporation, e. g. by former internships or semesters abroad
• Fluent English language skills
• Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, PowerBI skills are a plus
• Critical thinking to challenge the status-quo and to come up with new ideas
• Proven analytical capabilities and strong communication skills
• Highly motivated, self-organized and ambitious team player
• Availability as of January 2024 for four to six months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 800-2025. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
