- Market screening for planned tender / price benchmark
- Preparation of bidding guidelines for tender or auction
- Utilization of SAP system, Purchasing tools and correlated tasks, e.g. review of existing contracts and their maintenance, administration of supplier agreements
- Preparation of various Purchasing reports and presentations
- Pro-active and ad-hoc management of Purchase-to-Pay issues
- Digitalization of Purchase-to-Pay processes, e.g. Purchase Orders send via SAP Ariba platform
- Operational management of sustainability campaigns
- Supporting IMS Purchasing Cluster Lead with administration
- Support in other activities held by local Purchasing
