YOUR ROLE

• Answer customer calls, take orders and increase SOW by presenting campaigns and new products.
  
• Call out to customers that have been agreed with HoF or Head of Key Account and Indirect Channel.
  
• Support our customer in e-shop related topics and also other digital tools
  
• Products support for customers
  
• Be the support centre for customer in e-shop related topics and to give excellent service to customers visiting the shop
  
• Manage C&C shop inventory and maintain excellent brand image in the shop.
  
• Attend as a Beauty Advisor on need basis to support the sell out in some campaigns

YOUR SKILLS

• Certificate/Diploma in related field or equivalent
  
• Optimal background in Hairdressing or experience in the professional Hair business.
  
• You are fluent both in Finnish and English.
• Fluency in Swedish is an added advantage
  
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  
• Willingness and ability to learn digital tools is essential
