  • Leading and supporting technical set up of Ariba buying portal based on countries specifics
  • Supporting new Ariba Supplier enablement process by testing, reporting current status of identified issues, communicate with Project team and IT team Guiding, consulting and training the Purchasing community
  • Communicate externally (with suppliers directly) and internally in customer-oriented manner with countries in case of errors, missing data or problems
  • Ensure that all process steps are performed in line with the Service Level
  • Agreement Proposing/Work on improvements of the user experience, focused on the content available on the Ariba buying portal


  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience Ariba tool and/or Supplier enablement process experience highly appreciated
  • Fluent in English language, additional language knowledge will be an advantage
  • Excellent PC skills & good knowledge of MS Excel are required
  • Excellent communication skills Ability to work in an international team
  • Interest to constantly improve processes
