YOUR ROLE

• Executes daily operations, supports business and functions with relevant process / technical expertise.
  
• Responsible for all order booking activities (orders, returns and credit notes), delivery and invoicing and ensure orders are processed in accordance with customer and business requirements.
  
• Ensures that all approvals are submitted identify and execute various enhancement and improvement to processes (Continuous improvement)

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, logistics, Finance, or any relevant study 
  
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  
• Fluent French and English speaker Customer focused.
  
• Attention to accuracy with sense of urgency.
  
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint)
  
• Time management skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  
• SAP experience is a plus
