YOUR ROLE
- Lead the Customer Service team in NZ servicing our adhesives B2B customers optimising their experience.
- Solutions specialist, as the leader you guide and provide the ‘how to make it happen’ support.
- Ensure compliance to current operational standards and requirements.
- Optimise resources and technology to manage stakeholder expectations, customer orders, negotiations, and escalations.
- Drive process and organisational performance
- Create a strong safety culture and ensure team operate in compliance with SHE regulations.
- Grow the teams’ capabilities through mentoring, and training.
YOUR SKILLS
- 5+ years Customer Service experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in SAP highly desirable combined with competence across Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to inspire performance and develop your team through training and coaching.
- Customer centric, able to adopt a practical analytical and problem-solving approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, time management skills.
