- Senior category TMKT manager aims to lead category growth in full channel including Ecom, O2O and offline business. This role should both responsible for strategy building and activation driving
- Workout omni channel category strategy to support biz target achievement.
- Deep dive category shopper behavior in omini channel to yield category insight
- Drive omni channel 4P activation with clear channel instruction delivered, raise efficiency of investment
- Diagnose Henkel Ecom trade marketing management and deliver constructive solution
- Coach and develop people including team members.
