YOUR ROLE
- Establish Brand Development Vision and Strategy
- Develop comprehensive brand engagement process
- Create ongoing VOC process and expertise
- Implement Brand selection process
- Establish vetting process for innovation projects
- Ensure strong Innovation pipeline
- Engage with innovation institutions and trade organizations
- Establish Executive relationships with select brands
- Create fluid workflow with Marketing, TCS, and other relevant functions
- Deliver regular reports outs to SteerCo
- Act as maestro of resources needed to deliver the plan
- Annual Business Plan, including risks and risk mitigation
- Sustainable relationships with select Brands and Brand Owners
- Maintain prioritized Brand target list and individualized strategy
- Successful Innovation pipeline
- Projects are updated and maintained in ACE Position Requirements and competencies
YOUR SKILLS
- Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in business or sales management
- First experience in the field of people management
- Working with CPGs/Brand Owners
- Voice of Customer expertise
- Innovation Orientation
- Strategic planning
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead/influence others, possesses excellent interpersonal skills
- Prior people management or team management experience is preferred
- Strong top-to-top customer engagement
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Prior demonstrated sales results
- Well-developed presentation skills
- Cross-functional teamwork orientation
- Strong financial background
- Ability to handle complex business requirements and challenges
- Tapes and Label experiences and expertise as a plus
- Fluent English language skills
