- Management of sales teams covering the traditional channel regions (Thrace, Istanbul, Adapazarı, Zonguldak)
- Leading the Joint Business Planning processes with the customers together with the sales teams, negotiating and aligning on business terms and conditions and tracking compliance
- Designing and implementing charts of accounts based on growth forecasts, market opportunities and customer capabilities in line with company strategy
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts for the sales teams
