YOUR ROLE
- Identify future market trends and translate them into Henkel business growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Marketing / Sales / KAM and Operation, systematically execute project, and deliver expected financial target
- Be creative and work with industry partner (OEM, co-supplier, association) to develop differentiated solutions
- Build expertise in target segment/application/technology and promote Henkel solution thru public seminar / tradeshow / specific customer event
- INDIVIDUALLY TASKS (TIME IN %)
- Project execution together with related function / resource. (60%)
- Value chain partnership networking including OEM. (20%)
- Market promotion, including seminar, tradeshow and customer event. (10%)
- Internal training to sales team. (5%)
- Process / best practice development (5%)
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor or above degree of Science in Engineering or Science.
- Over 7 years working experience in in sales, business development or technical support. Preferred in chemical industry, especially packaging and adhesive
- Project management experience is preferred
- People management experience is preferred
- Good communication skills
- Fluent oral and written English
