YOUR ROLE

• Improve existing manufacturing processes within Adhesive Technologies to deliver on KPI´s like efficiency improvement, sustainability or safety 
  
• Lead Investment Projects
  
• Share the knowledge between sites with same/similar technology within Europe
• Participate in global Process technology networks
• Design and evaluate process optiomizations for investments projects
• Drive and lead technology decisions within major investment to support the local team in scoping
  size, type and automation within technology

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or similar
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience including project management
  
• Project management certification would be beneficial (e.g. PMI, IPMA)
  
• Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Project (MSP)
• Fluent English language skills
• Willingness to travel (up to 90%)

The position is limited for 2 years with prospect to a permanent contract.
