YOUR ROLE

• Join the world’s largest provider of bonding, sealing and functional coating solutions
• Become a member of a dynamic and international global Strategic Marketing team that shapes key digital strategy and marketing activities for Adhesive Technologies
• Engage on priorities around Market Strategy & Integrated Steering as well as Adhesive Technologies' digital transformation
• Drive workstreams of global Integrated Steering projects with a focus on conceptualization of value-adding data & analytics use cases to enable successful digitalization of strategy development, business planning and execution management within Adhesive Technologies
• Support the Adhesive Data & Analytics Platform, one of the most visible and important programs underpinning Adhesive Technologies' digital transformation
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure development of a scalable Integrated Steering (data analytics) system on the Adhesive Data & Analytics Platform
• Work in a central Strategy function of Adhesives Technologies with numerous interfaces within the organization and foster strong collaboration culture with stakeholders from strategic business units and central functions
• Develop and deliver top management presentations that lead to the right decisions
• Get to know the global market leader in Adhesive Technologies and have direct access to its top management as a basis for building a long-term career at Henkel

YOUR SKILLS

• Master’s degree in business, (data) engineering, or computer science from top-tier university
• At least 5 years of work experience in strategy development and/or digital transformation within industrial environment, management or IT consultancy
• Proven ability to define and lead work packages of transformational initiatives in multi-stakeholder global environments collaborating across hierarchy levels of an organization
• Strong stakeholder and change management skills combined with outstanding analytical, presentation and communication skills
• Foster a digital culture, mindset & behavior (business partnering, decision making, process optimization, etc.)
• International experience that allows you to understand and assess topics from multiple perspectives
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
• Exposure in data analytics/digital transformation projects and programming skills are a plus
• Team player with high level of motivation
• Fluent English language skills
