  • Defines and executes global / regional / local account strategy, including annual revenue plan (KP) and target plan (TP); Identifies business opportunities, steers business development budgets for agreed accounts and defined objectives   
  • Translates customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap; Drives and rolls-out customer approvals and pushes upstream solution selling
  • Develops and maintains sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives, and sponsors; Implements new customer acquisition plans for chain and prestige accounts
  • Defines account-specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy
  • Optimizes sales processes in country; Steers and supports internal resources to execute account strategy
  • Develops and maintains strong executive and cross-functional relationships at Henkel Headquarters and key locations
  • Analyzes financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and proactively steers key account business; Handles tasks supporting account strategy including sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electronics Engineering, or Business related courses; MBA is preferred
  • At least five (5) years of work experience in Sales Management and Business Development / Global Key Account Management from a multinational company in the Semiconductor, Electronics Manufacturing, or Electronic Component industry; Including experience in Sales Call Facilitation, Sales Forecasting, and Sales Digital Fluency
  • Background in Value Selling, Crisis Handling, Customer / Competitor Research, Proposal Generation and Deal Structuring, and Objection Handling
  • People management experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is required; SAP and CRM experience is highly preferred
  • High proficiency in English verbal and written communication; Presentation, collaboration, and project management (in cross-functional teams) skills and experience is needed
  • Entrepreneurial mindset focused on driving business growth
