YOUR ROLE
- Lead your shift and be accountable/responsible for the team's performance, development, and productivity
- Monitor production KPIs (OEE, T/FTE, Achievement %, OF %, Damage %)
- Conduct daily safety walk-ins and ensure cultural development through coaching
- Report, in a timely manner, all incidents and failures in the filling area
- Ensure daily stock keeping at the production lines & raw materials' staging area
- Contribute to Henkel's Production System (HPS) by supporting projects/applications in the filling area
