YOUR ROLE
- Job Purpose (General Function, Primary Objective, Important End result)
- Quality control of products and keep effective testing based on Henkel Material specification and standard test methods to ensure the products quality.
根据汉高的规范和标准测试方法，对产品进行质量检测，确保产品质量符合要求。 - Key Dimensions (NES, Sales Area, Marketing Budget, Production Volume, Processing Cost, headcounts,etc)
- Testing effectively and make usage decision in system within GR (Goods receive) Time.
在要求的时间内完成测试，将数据即使输入系统并根据测试结果进行判断。 - Principal Accountabilities
- IQC （incoming quality control）/PQC (process quality control)/OQC (outgoing quality control) based on Henkel Material specification and standard test methods. And make UD for material in system in time.
根据检验规范和标准进行进货检验/过程检验/出货检验，并及时进行系统操作。 65 - New inspection plan generated and test data management in P93 and supports for trouble shooting analysis (Statistical Process Chart analysis, customer’s complaint, off-spec products,… )
在系统中创建新的检验计划， 测试数据管理，数据分析(统计流程图分析，客户投诉，不合格产品…) 20 - FG Shelf life study and Raw Material/Package evaluation study
产品的货架寿命测试以及原料/包装物的评估测试 8 - Testing instrument management and maintenance.
